The Clinical Leadership Role is designed for experienced professionals in mental health services. The Clinical Manager oversees the implementation of clinical policies and procedures, provides leadership across the therapeutic service, and ensures the safe and effective delivery of a high-quality clinical service.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Develop and monitor local clinical systems and processes from receipt of referral to delivery of evidence-informed interventions.
* Identify and monitor risk related to the clinical service and implement risk management strategies as needed.
* Establish and maintain referral pathways with other health and social care providers for seamless transitions.
* Provide clinical supervision and line management to Jigsaw clinicians and senior clinicians.
* Oversee data input and management on the Jigsaw Data System, including regular audits of case notes.
* Contribute to therapeutic service delivery by holding a small caseload.
* Evaluate and improve performance, achieve Key Performance Indicators, and targets in line with national standards.
* Support professional development and contribute to performance reviews of staff members.
Requirements:

* Qualifications: Doctorate or equivalent in clinical/counselling/educational psychology or registered mental health nurse/social worker/occupational therapist.
* Experience: A minimum of five years' full-time or equivalent post-qualification experience working in a mental health service.
* Skills: Core clinical mental health skills; assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation.
* Desirable criteria: Experience in staff supervision, clinical supervision, and case load management.
