Job Title: Finance and Verification Assistant
A financial professional is sought to provide support to the Funding Unit. The post holder will be responsible for providing financial, vouching, verification and monitoring of grant funding expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure Application Forms are processed for eligibility;
* To process invoices in accordance with Council requirements;
* To undertake Verification visits or on the spot verification visits when required;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have two years' experience in financial and administrative duties. They must also have demonstrable employment experience claims processing including the vouching and verification of expenditure, as well as proficiency in using a range of IT packages which include word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and databases.
