Director of Operations
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Ireland. This individual will be responsible for leading and supporting all operational departments, with a focus on Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and passion for food, beverage, and banqueting, rooms, and front office management. They will have a proven track record of managing budgets, P&L performance, and key operational projects. In addition, they will be able to manage all cost controls, including food cost, labor, staff training, rotas, financial reporting, stock control, and ordering.
A Hospitality Degree or higher is required, as well as a minimum of 2 years experience in an Operations or Food and Beverage Management role. Excellent communication and team leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to handle pressurised situations and busy periods. Fluency in written and spoken English is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting all operational departments
