Parker Stewart are partnering with a leading housing organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager. This role will be on a hybrid basis.
A key function for this role is to be an integral part of a driven team in the delivery of a significant housing development programme. You must have strong Residential Construction Project Management experience to be applicable for this role.
* Lead and coordinate housing development projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Collaborate with design, construction, and procurement teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and cost-effective housing solutions
* Manage relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, funders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery and reporting
* Oversee project processes, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement across schemes and teams
* Guide and develop a small team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with organisational values and objectives
Experience & Qualifications:
* Professional Qualification: Degree-level qualification (NFQ Level 8) in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field; professional registration desirable
* Construction Expertise: Strong experience in construction management, including knowledge of building regulations, technical guidelines, and building control processes
* Contract & Procurement Knowledge: Extensive experience with construction contracts (GCCC, NEC) and public procurement procedures
* Project & Financial Management: Skilled in project planning, scheduling (e.g., Asta Powerproject), and financial oversight
* Technical & IT Proficiency: Confident with IT and data tools relevant to construction project management
