Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Expert
A highly experienced quantity surveyor is required to oversee commercial and contractual activities across multiple construction packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost control, risk management, and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
* Administer contracts and manage subcontractor packages
* Lead on valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Support procurement and supplier negotiations
* Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and measurements
* Guide and support junior team members
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a long-term career path within a dynamic and engineering-led business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial delivery from pre-contract to final account. Working closely with the site and project teams, you will ensure that all commercial and contractual activities are carried out in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a QS role within construction, a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, knowledge of standard forms of contract (RIAI, JCT, NEC, etc.), and strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. A confident communicator and team player is essential for this role.
