Your new role
As Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth and safe operation of a busy construction site. You'll oversee site logistics, welfare facilities, subcontractor areas, loading zones and roadways, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day site logistics
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety plans, RAMS and statutory requirements
* Monitoring quality, maintaining accurate records and supporting BIM ‑ based QA processes
* Managing short-term programmes and reporting on progress
* Liaising with subcontractors, project teams, statutory bodies and visitors
* Supporting commercial functions through accurate site records and material tracking
* Upholding strong working relationships with all stakeholders
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will directly impact project success.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in construction logistics.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and compliance
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
* Confidence using digital systems such as BIM (training can be provided)
* A proactive, professional approach and commitment to high standards
