 
        City Pharmacy, an independent and fully Irish-owned pharmacy is looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant with excellent conditions to join our team.As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial operations and assisting with the overall operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for numbers, exceptional organizational skills, and teamwork.Responsibilities and Duties:Responsible for monthly customer invoicing and liaising with customers.Reconciliation of payments to customer files.Data processing.Supplier statement reconciliation.Support the general ledger function.Answer phone calls and queries in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company financial policy and procedures.Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.Education & Experience required:Minimum 2 years of previous accounts experience within a professional environment.A degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of the Pharmacy industry in Ireland is desirable.Experience with Xero is a distinct advantage.Must be proficient in Excel, with intermediate/advanced skills a significant advantage.Bright, hard-working, and takes pride in their work.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Working to strict deadlines.Salary is Negotiable depending on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountPrivate medical insuranceWork from homeExperience:Finance or business: 1 year (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
