As HR Business Partner, you will report into the HR Consultant and assist in providing operational and strategic support to all 250+ employees across the company sites. Key duties include:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers and completing reference checks
* Assisting in the implementation and rolling out of new HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems
* Leading on and acting as a specialist HR Advisor to managers on employee relations cases, including conducting disciplinaries and grievances
* Liaising with the finance department regarding weekly and monthly payroll, including notifying them of new starters, leavers, employees going on maternity or paternity
* Providing specialist HR support to managers and employees on HR queries, including payroll, sickness absence and holiday entitlement
* Reviewing and updating existing performance management and absence management processes/procedures
* Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to comply with current employment legislation and business objectives
You will require a minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience, with expertise in assisting with system implementation, leading on recruitment and employee relations cases. Skilled in absence management, performance management and liaising with payroll, preferably with a CIPD Qualification or HR Degree.
