We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holiday homes in County Clare. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of properties, conducting regular inspections, coordinating maintenance teams, and building relationships with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Operations: You will be responsible for the complete management of our holiday homes, including property inspections and maintenance coordination.
* Client Relationship Management: As the main point of contact, you will provide updates on property status and build trust-based relationships with clients.
* Administration: You will oversee documentation, contracts, and compliance, ensuring accurate record-keeping and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities management, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. A valid driver's licence and familiarity with County Clare are essential.
