As a key member of our DTC Regional Business Unit team, you will be responsible for driving business development and winning strategies. This includes establishing a strong local presence, building positive relationships within regional markets, and identifying opportunities that align with our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand project opportunities for the business unit, aligned with Group directives
* Lead the development of a comprehensive win strategy, considering solution delivery, target cost, margin, and offer price
* Prepare annual tactical plans, including budget and execution plans, in collaboration with regional and global leadership
Tech-Savvy Leader Needed
You will provide input to marketing and technical groups on marketing and sales plans, recommending product and territorial opportunities. You will also represent our company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, showcasing our core values and expertise.
Critical Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
* 10+ years of relevant experience in business acquisition, with a proven track record
* Experience working with large EPC companies
