Kitchen Leader Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team in Kildare. As the right-hand person to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cuisine and hospitality while supporting the smooth operation of the service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef, with strong leadership and team management skills to manage a busy kitchen and team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head Chef in organizing and running the service smoothly.
* Managing a busy kitchen team and maintaining high standards of cuisine and hospitality.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef is essential for this role.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
