Project Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and take on a challenging role in managing end-to-end projects from design handover to handover in a live operational data centre facility. This includes white space fit out, electrical infrastructure equipment installation, supporting existing customers, and managing contractors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within white space, German speaking skills, and experience in project management. They should also be proactive and confident in highlighting issues related to contractor or safety matters.
This is a great opportunity to work client-side with a leading organisation in the data centre market. You will have the chance to work on multiple smaller high-volume projects at one time and manage a project programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fitting out data halls within a live operational data centre facility
* Managing the project from design handover through to handover
* Fitting out electrical infrastructure equipment to facilitate customer hardware
* Supporting both existing and new customers
* Managing contractors undertaking works
* Working closely with health and safety and quality teams
Requirements:
* Prior experience in project management
* Previous experience working within white space
* German language skills
* Experience in contractor supervision
* Proactive approach to issue resolution
