We are working exclusively with a global company as they expand their HQ in Dublin, Ireland.
The Senior Legal Counsel will have a pivotal role based at the Group HQ in Dublin, Ireland and will report to the CLO there and work closely with senior leadership, HR, other legal team members, and local external counsel to mitigate legal risk, align governance frameworks, and support strategic business objectives.
Requirements & Details:
* Lawyers qualified in Ireland or the UK or other European jurisdiction
* Over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Essential experience in Irish employment law.
* Proven track record in managing complex employment disputes and commercial litigation.
* Familiarity with cross-border legal issues and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution.
* Experience in overseeing external counsel and managing legal budgets.
