Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator
This role supports the Maintenance Department by managing procurement and stock control of mechanical, electrical, and consumable goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and order maintenance-related goods and materials
* Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
* Create and process purchase orders using software
* Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
* Manage deliveries, stock control, and inventory systems
* Maintain accurate purchasing and stores records
* Uphold health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in procurement or stores coordination
* Purchase order management system experience (preferred)
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
