What You’ll Do
You will focus on three main outcomes: engaging clients, recruiting candidates, and filling shifts. Your daily tasks include:
Build and grow client relationships: talk to current and past clients and understand their needs.
Source top candidates: find talent through referrals, ads, and outreach
Match candidates to roles: understand client requirements and place candidates where they’re needed.
Coordinate shifts and placements: ensure candidates are booked correctly, and clients are happy with the schedule.
Collaborate with the team: work with business development and account teams to grow client engagement and improve outcomes.
