Banqueting and Events Professional
A career opportunity has arisen for a seasoned hospitality expert to lead our events management team as a Banqueting and Events Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless guest experiences while adhering to client expectations and service standards.
* Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality in banqueting outlets.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and other departments prior to and during service.
* Plan and organize events according to guest requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Provide leadership assistance in various hotel operational departments.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 4-star or higher establishment.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, customer service, and communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
* Experience in training and developing staff, including knowledge of food allergens and safety protocols.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Certification or diploma in Hospitality Management.
