We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities Assist the person in charge or the unit manager in providing direct resident care as well as clinical and professional leadership of the care staff.
Make sure that the high calibre of care is given to residents and their families.
Make sure each person is acknowledged as an individual and that their needs, rights, and comfort are prioritised when providing care.
Build rapport with residents to support their autonomy, well-informed decision-making, and evidence-based decision-making.
Promote and maintain resident safety and provide quality care through respecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of the resident.
Maximise the residents' capacity to exercise personal autonomy and choice.
Requirements A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
Two years or more of postgraduate experience working as a senior staff nurse or certified nurse manager Qualifications for a Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology Management EU/EEA citizenship Experience in gerontology, psychiatry, adult disabilities, and psychogeriatric nursing care.
Possess a thorough understanding of the ageing process.
