The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver excellent and efficient customer service that drives increased sales and business retention.
Job Responsibilities
Working closely with and reporting to a Team Leader and Support Manager, you will be results focused and your key responsibilities will include:
1. Provision of a high standard of service to our existing and new customers ensuring that the experience they receive meets the required level and aligns with FBD’s customer care ethos.
2. Achieving targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention skills.
3. Executing policy amendments efficiently, ensuring our service provision meets customer expectations.
4. Maximising cross-selling opportunities and generating referrals while engaging with customers to enhance business growth across channels.
5. Handling a volume of calls efficiently to meet call answering objectives for both the customer and the organization.
6. Collaborating with team colleagues to achieve overall targets.
7. Ensuring compliance with all systems and procedures as laid down by the company.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements, and completing relevant industry qualifications as needed.
9. Performing duties as required by management.
Education
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or a relevant third-level qualification.
Experience & Competencies
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Proactive, energetic, and positive outlook.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Teamwork and collaboration skills.
