Job description Customer Service Administrator | Dublin 12 At Staffline Recruitment we are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a premium furniture and interiors retailer based in Dublin 12.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will act as the main point of contact for customer and supplier order queries while supporting the smooth coordination of deliveries and operations.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Manage and respond to a high volume of order-related queries Schedule and book customer deliveries efficiently Coordinate dispatches and liaise closely with the warehouse team Process customer payments accurately Provide timely order updates to customers Maintain and manage a busy inbox Carry out general administrative and office support duties Requirements Minimum of 1- 2 experience in a busy administrative role Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies Experience in the furniture industry or delivery scheduling is an advantage (but not essential) This permanent position is fully office based and will offer a salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000, depending on experience.
