Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Red Book compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting.
* Deliver valuations in accordance with internal procedures and professional standards.
* Prepare high-quality valuation reports covering a broad area.
* Maintain strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
* Generate and win new business through networking and client engagement.
* Provide strategic advice to clients regarding property assets.
* Carry out nationwide inspections.
* Manage report preparation and responses in a timely, professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to performance targets.
* Mentor junior team members.
* Engage in the APC counsellor and supervisor programme.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business.
* Stay updated on market knowledge, legislative changes, and professional standards.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Over 5 years' post-APC experience as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS/SCSI) in a valuation environment.
* Proven ability to deliver valuation outputs in line with relevant legislation and standards.
* Experience delivering valuations across multiple asset classes.
* Strong understanding of valuation principles.
* Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Developer.
* Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
* Understanding of Red Book standards.
* Experience with CPO, Rating, Landlord & Tenant, and/or as an Expert Witness (desirable).
* Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible).
* Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
