Cpl is recruiting on behalf of our insurance client in Dublin city centre for an exciting permanent People Generalist position.
This role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.
Please note that the role will be fully onsite during the initial 6-month probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED -Lead internal staff communications in line with company values.
Manage the People calendar and work with marketing to keep messages clear and consistent across all channels.
-Create and run initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition.
Use feedback and data to make improvements and track results.
-Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by helping to develop and embed inclusive practices across teams.
-Write, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
-Provide support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
-Work alongside hiring managers and the People Team to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
-Help improve HR processes, employee experience, and overall team efficiency.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -Must have a qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
-3+ years of experience in HR -CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.
-Proven experience in HR or people-focused roles, ideally within a values-driven organisation, delivering employee experience and engagement initiatives.
-Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction, ideally within regulated environments.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
