Key Responsibilities
* Manage billing processes, including preparing invoice narratives
* Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements
* Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles
* Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records
To be successful in this role, you will need a recognised legal secretarial qualification or minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate law firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems is also required.
