Job Description
We are recruiting an Equipment Maintenance Engineer who will support daily operations of our semiconductor manufacturing facility with skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause failure analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operations of the semiconductor manufacturing facility
* Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis
* Drive continuous improvement of KPIs such as equipment availability, MTTR, and MTBF
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* An Ordinary Bachelor's degree (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor's degree (NFQ Level 8)
* 6-10 years of experience as a maintenance technician or engineer, preferably in a regulated environment or semiconductor industry
* Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and 8D problem solving
* Experience following preventative maintenance and standard work procedures
* Desirable: prior experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
