Social Care Worker - Galway Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities and autism Liquid Personnel is partnering with a leading organisation in Co. Galway to recruit dedicated Social Care Professionals across Adult/Children Disability Services Description: Providing person-centred care and support in line with HIQA/Children First standards Promoting independence, safeguarding, and empowerment Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours Implementing care plans, positive behaviour support, and risk management strategies Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care Essential: A professional degree (minimum level 7) in Applied Social Studies or relevant qualification. CORU Registration or in process of registration Previous experience working with people with an intellectual disability or a similar field. Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
