The role –
* Overseeing and managing a portfolio of Global Employer Services (GES) clients.
* Building and sustaining client relationships by providing a high standard of client service.
* Coordinating and collaborating with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
* Working closely with Partners and senior management to deliver GES compliance and consulting services.
* Coordinating Irish payroll advice and international payroll tax advice.
* Liaising with clients promptly and efficiently, providing advice, conducting research, and resolving tax issues and technical matters on advisory assignments.
* Providing advice on SARP relief and transborder relief.
* Managing home and host country tax briefings for employees, including high net worth individuals.

About you –
* Qualified with ITI and/or ACA or ACCA.
* Ability to read situations and adapt behavior to cultivate high-quality and diverse relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
* Strong technical skills required to deliver Global Employer Services (GES) tax advisory services.
* Previous experience in effectively managing staff.
* A team player with robust communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
