The RoleReporting to theHead of Corporate Affairs, you'll play a key role in: Contract management & legal advisory support Supporting corporate governance, compliance & internal audit Advising internal stakeholders on operational & strategic matters Protecting and enhancing the IBTS reputationYou'll work closely with a multidisciplinary Corporate Team, including Strategy, Data Protection, and the CEO's Office. Essential CriteriaEducationLegal qualification NFQ Level 6 (or related professional qualification)Experience1+ year post-qualification experience as a Legal Executive/ParalegalOR 4 years in a similar roleKnowledge of corporate/public sector law, contracts & procurementStrong drafting, research, communication & organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines DesirableExperience in contract law, procurement or corporate governanceCommitment to continuous learning & development Salary & Benefits (Public Sector Transparency)Clerical Officer Grade VI : €57,325 – €70,034 (incl.
