About this role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role involves a significant focus on administrative duties, including interview scheduling, managing offer letters, contracts, liaising with various departments, and handling vendor invoices.
You will also represent the organization at career fairs, assist with school talks, inductions, recruitment training, and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include administering the full recruitment and onboarding process, managing new starter documentation, coordinating with departments, handling right-to-work checks, and managing recruitment-related invoicing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining recruitment and onboarding trackers, attending career fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events, and providing general administrative support as required.
About the requirements:
* Qualifications: Degree qualification in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' administration experience in a recruitment or HR team.
* Strong administration and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior managers and candidates.
* Experience in managing recruitment-related invoicing and tracking payments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
