Public Sector Recruitment Manager
The role involves leading a team of recruitment consultants to achieve business objectives in the public sector. A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills is required to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment consultants to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and track both team and individual KPIs to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with their objectives while ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, team performance, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications:
* A proven track record as a senior recruitment consultant or manager in a recruitment agency.
* Proven experience of delivering growth within your sector(s).
* A minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English.
