The Group's Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
We're seeking a Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects across our powder manufacturing sites. Based primarily in Bailieborough, with responsibilities extending to Artigarvan and Killeshandra, this role is pivotal in supporting our strategic objectives and driving operational excellence.
You will manage projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring stakeholder engagement, compliance, and delivery of high-quality outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver capital projects across Lakeland Dairies sites, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
* Manage annual Capex budgets and maintain a strategic 5-year investment outlook.
* Prepare project proposals with clear scope, cost analysis, payback, and environmental impact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and H&S.
* Drive operational efficiency improvements through automation and innovative technologies.
* Manage internal and external resources, ensuring compliance, safety, and value for money.
* Coach and support team members to lead workstreams effectively.
* Provide technical support to operational managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and health & safety legislation.
What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical), Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
* Proven track record in Project Management.
* Budget management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Experience in highly automated, high-volume environments (essential).
Desirable: Experience in the food industry.

o Full clean driver's licence.
o Willingness to travel between sites and occasional international travel.
