Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advice and services to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing client relationships, providing expert tax advice, and leading tax teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality tax advice and service
* Lead the delivery of tax consultancy assignments
* Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, and financing
* Engage with Revenue on client matters
* Manage a tax team and assist with firm-wide training and business development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute (CTA)
* At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a management/senior management role in a tax practice
* A broad range of experience in tax consultancy assignments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
