Senior Administrative Officer Rate of Pay: €26.00 to €31.00 per hour DOE A public sector organisation is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to support service delivery monitoring, funding oversight and stakeholder engagement across a national service portfolio. This role will report to an Assistant Principal and will play a key role in operational management, performance monitoring and service delivery assurance. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Contract Management Manage operational administration of service agreements Monitor funding allocations and expenditure Support implementation of funding processes and guidelines Identify funding gaps and escalate to senior management Performance Monitoring & Compliance Coordinate monitoring meetings with funded services Review performance returns and compliance documentation Identify operational risks and escalate appropriately Support quality assurance across service provision Data Analysis & Reporting Compile service delivery and performance data Draft monitoring and status reports Support national reporting requirements Identify process improvement opportunities Stakeholder Engagement Act as operational contact for service providers Support relationship management across funded services Liaise with governance and corporate teams Support cross-functional collaboration Essential Experience Public sector or regulated environment experience Contract or funding administration experience Performance monitoring / compliance experience Strong stakeholder management skills Data analysis and reporting experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Desirable Policy or service delivery experience Budget tracking experience Risk management exposure Experience working with funded services Contract Details Hybrid working (2 days onsite / 3 remote) Immediate start Benefits: Work From Home
