BI Developer
required with expertise in the Microsoft BI stack to join a growing data team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI).
* Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
* Build and optimize data models, reports, and dashboards that deliver accurate and timely insights.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI solutions.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance of existing BI systems.
* Stay current with BI best practices, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a
BI Developer
or similar role.
* Strong expertise in the Microsoft BI stack:
SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, SQL Server
.
* Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
* Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks).
