Contract Opportunity: Customer Care & Complaints Specialist
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care professional looking for a challenging and rewarding contract role? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care & Complaints Specialist to join our client's team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in complaints handling and process improvement to drive positive change within a key service area.
The Role
As the Customer Care & Complaints Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing, analysing, and resolving customer issues across various platforms. You will use your experience to influence enhanced performance and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Key Service Requirements, Skills & Capabilities
* Complaints Handling Expertise: Proven experience (at least one year) managing complaints across diverse channels, including emails, phone calls, web chat, and social media.
* Change & Performance Driver: Demonstrated and successful experience in driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance in a customer care environment.
* Data Proficiency: Possess strong skills in data management, analysis, and processing to extract insights and inform improvements.
* Technical Systems Experience: Previous experience using Complaint Management Systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential).
* Education: Hold a minimum of an NFQ Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
* Duration: 6-month
* Location: Hybrid working model - 2 days per week onsite at the client's office (Dublin City)
