You will play a crucial part in shaping our Commercial priorities and driving the success and growth of our cable and mobile portfolio. You will ensure there is seamless communication, planning, decision making and execution of acquisition trading plans.You will work closely with, and have a superior relationship with: Product, Propositions, Acquisition Marketing, Go-To-Market and Channel Managers to ensure we are maximising all acquisition opportunities, winning in the market and driving profitable growth.Specific Duties & Tasks:Develop and execute commercial priorities for our cable & mobile acquisition strategy, aligning Go-To-Market, Product, Marketing, Acquisition and Sales channel strategies to drive the best commercial outcomes.Define and launch hero and tactical propositions for Virgin Media's cable and mobile portfolio, focusing on driving Incoming Revenue Per User (IARPU) and optimizing TV, High-tier broadband speed, 24-month contract mix & FMC performance.Partner with LG to align on product and CVP roadmaps, ensuring feasibility and alignment with acquisition objectives.Work closely with Product, Propositions, and Marketing teams to align CVP opportunities, inform Go-To-Market strategies and ensure Channel engagement/adoption.Drive Cable, Mobile and Device sales through strategic trading initiatives and ensure we are maximizing revenue opportunities in all Sales channels.Coordinate and connect the dots between Propositions, Promotions, Marking and Sales, to ensure we are maximising all initiatives to drive customer acquisition and business performance.Challenge Propositions, Marking and Sales Teams to ensure we are executing and optimising trading plans that deliver on KPIs and trading goalsReview and enhance current processes/systems to improve acquisition customer experience and optimize trading performance.Skills & Expertise:6+ years of experience in roadmap proposition development, insights and coordinating cross execution via GTM.Vast experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, preferably within the telco industry.Strong analytical and numerical skills to develop business cases, manage P&L, track performance metrics and interpret market data.Strong influencing skills, comfortable presenting to senior executive leadership.The Person:Strong analytical and numeric background, with a focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing trading performance.Proven ability to manage and coordinate virtual and in-person cross-functional teams effectively.Credible, commercially-focused leader with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to complete documentation within tight timelines and to a consistently high standard.Flexibility to thrive in complex and dynamic working environments.Virgin Media is an equal opportunities employer.
