The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safety performance of project teams and subcontractors, conducting site inductions and toolbox talks, reviewing site performance, assisting in the compilation of health and safety documentation, and promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Report on safety performance and provide recommendations to management.
* Oversee and review site performance across multiple sites.
* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks to ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities and duties.
* Assist in the compilation of health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Promote a culture of health and safety within the organization by actively engaging with employees, contractors, and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in a related discipline.
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in health and safety.
