Administrative Leader for Senior Executives
The purpose of this position is to lead and support the functions of a senior executive's office by providing comprehensive, efficient, and confidential administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall operations of the senior executive's office, including initiating and following up on various actions and matters of importance on behalf of the senior executive.
* Foster excellent working relationships and develop comprehensive administrative processes to improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
* Provide administrative support by managing a busy calendar of appointments and controlling access to the senior executive's office, as well as handling a high volume of email correspondence.
Additional Duties:
* Organize meetings for the senior executive, prepare agendas and documentation, arrange venues, book technical equipment, and catering.
* Prepare and manage external/internal correspondence/communication on behalf of the senior executive.
* Conduct research, prepare presentations, and correspondences on behalf of the senior executive.
Requirements:
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite.
* A high level of professionalism and prior experience interacting with internal and external key stakeholders.
* Strong spoken and written communication skills, with excellent administration, organizational, and time management skills.
