General office administration / reception duties
Manage phone calls, emails and written correspondence.
Ensure that necessary office and veterinary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
Organize work and schedule vet appointments.
Submit reports to Dept of Agriculture and Laboratories.
Receive and record payments.
The ability to multitask and good communication skills are necessary.
Experience an advantage.
Excellent time keeping essential.
Candidate will be required to provide holiday cover.
