Overview
Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating customer base qualified leads and opportunities across France. This role offers exposure to work with multiple departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to kick-start your career in sales.
Responsibilities
* Generate qualified leads and opportunities across France.
* Proactively build relationships with prospective customers and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments as required.
* Support career development by exploring opportunities within the company, including potential moves into Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more.

About You
Basic Qualifications
* Fluency in English and French
* 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships
Other Qualifications
* Salesforce knowledge is a plus
* Ability to articulate value proposition and easy-to-build credibility
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong business acumen and goal-oriented approach
* Accountability and attention to detail
