The platform is designed to enable enterprises to stay connected and in control when it matters most. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement secure, data-driven solutions on our platform.
You will act as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with scalable architecture to ensure seamless integrations and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with customer stakeholders to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.
2. Implementation of integrations, data pipelines, and configuration projects.
3. Translate complex requirements into clear, scalable architectural designs.
4. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and shape best practices.
5. Support customer onboarding and ensure technical success post-deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist, etc.).
Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and SaaS architecture.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale implementations.
