The role will focus on the **design and delivery of the Positive Drinking agenda in Ireland**, with a strong focus on **moderation**.
Working across the wider business, the Society Manager will play a central role in embedding moderation, championing responsible drinking, and advancing Diageo's *Society 2030: Spirit of Progress* commitments in Ireland.
The role requires the individual to build and maintain strong working relationships with marketing, legal, brand and global CR teams.
* Experience in Corporate Relations, sustainability, public policy, or communications, ideally with focus on responsible drinking, moderation, or ESG issues.
* Track record of developing and delivering impactful programmes that drive societal change.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, including external representation and stakeholder management.
* Project and event management experience, with the ability to manage agencies and partnerships effectively.
