Office Administrator (WPEP Role)

Location: Gorey, Co. Wexford
Programme: Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP)
Duration: 30 hours per week

Eligibility for the Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP)

To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Unemployment Status: You must have been continuously unemployed for at least six months.
* Social Welfare Requirement: You must currently be in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment from the Department of Social Protection.

The WPEP is designed to offer meaningful work experience to individuals seeking to return to employment while maintaining their social welfare benefits. For more information, please review the WPEP guidelines here.

Key Responsibilities

* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
* Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience aligned with INNOVATEs customer-first approach.
* Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization to ensure a productive work environment.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Team Collaboration: Support various departments, reflecting INNOVATEs collaborative culture.

* Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office software and able to learn new systems quickly.
