Lead Clinical Behavioural Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Behavioural Specialist to join our team and provide expert oversight, guidance, and training to ensure staff competence, service user safety, and full compliance with regulatory standards.
This key role will play a central part in embedding effective behavioural support strategies and clinical risk management across diverse care settings.
* Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and guide staff on healthcare assessments, behavioural strategies, and clinical policies
* Provide training and mentoring to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care
* Support compliance and quality standards across designated centres, home supports, and adult services
* Contribute to national programme development in the evolving disability sector
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Behavioural Support Analysis or related discipline
* Demonstrable experience in delivering behavioural support programmes
* Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or community services
* In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance in disability care
* Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills
