Our client is expanding and looking for a Head of HSE. As Head of HSE, you will ensure robust HSE performance and compliance, lead improvements, and integrate the companys values into daily actions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead HSE strategy and compliance globally - Drive a positive HSE culture and employee engagement - Support leadership to maintain HSE standards - Implement initiatives for continuous HSE improvement - Develop metrics and KPIs, reporting to Executive Team - Maintain and update HSE strategies, policies, and procedures - Manage ISO certification processes and audits - Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions - Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and training - Provide leadership to the HSE team and manage budgets - Liaise with external regulatory bodies Criteria: - NEBOSH Level 6 or equivalent - ISO Internal Auditor (desirable) - 10 years in HSE, with 5 years in Senior Leadership, preferably in manufacturing - Strong knowledge of ISO/OSHA standards and legal HSE policies - Proven leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills - Willing to travel internationally Contact Eunice Loughran at Haughey Recruitment to discuss in more detail.
