Gaming Machine Technician
Location: Belfast and Cookstown

Salary: £40K + (based on experience) + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gaming Machine Technician to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of gaming machines, including slot machines, bingo and I.T. equipment across our venues. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair faults in gaming machines and associated equipment.
Ordering and replacing parts (maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts).
Assisting with new equipment installations.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and software updates.
Respond promptly to technical issues on the gaming floor.
Collaborate with site managers to minimise machine downtime and customer satisfaction.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently is essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility in working pattern, depending on the needs of the business (may include nights, weekends & emergencies).
Previous experience in a similar technical or engineering role (gaming or amusement industry preferred).
Full & clean Drivers Licence and the ability to travel between 2 locations in Northern Ireland.
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience within casino, bingo, or arcade environments.
