Procurement Specialist
As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring materials are available to meet production requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient and effective procurement & inventory practices and optimize the balance between quality, service, reliability, and cost.
* Prepare and raise Purchase Orders with 3rd Party Vendors & Inter Company as required.
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
* Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships.
* Evaluate and improve processes using Lean Six Sigma Principles.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements:
* A strong self-starter mentality and ability to identify and resolve issues.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel packages.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
