Water & Wastewater Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on UK and Ireland based projects with values ranging from £50m to £500m.
The successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for managing daily functions of the contract to prioritise safety and maximise efficiency and commercial success.
Promote high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
Manage project planning and programming works.
Ensure the project stays within budget and meets programme requirements.
Client and stakeholder management.
Management of Direct labour and Plant resources.
Management of Sub Contractors.
Management of Materials.
Advising on commercial risks within the project.
Identify change and implement change control process and agreement.
Facilitate compiling as-built drawings/sketches and safety file.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing project teams and stakeholders
* Ensuring health, safety and quality standards
* Controlling project budgets and timelines
* Fostering strong client relationships
Requirements:
* At least 8 years' experience in a similar role
* Broad knowledge of public works contracts
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Good commercial and business acumen
* Clean Full Irish Driving Licence
