Responsible for facilities planning, scheduling, tracking, and control within our FM group on a pharmaceutical client site.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing planning, reporting, and analytical tools for the facilities group using Excel reporting and dashboards.
2. Chairing weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
3. Tracking and reporting on planned versus actual work scheduled and completed from weekly plans.
4. Ensuring compliance with all current IOPS cGxP standards (e.g., Good Manufacturing Processes, Good Documentation Practices).
5. Creating clear work plans to enable technician execution.
6. Interacting with our CMMS system to group and sort large data sets into executable work packages.
7. Level loading and resource planning for work activities on a 3-4 week lookahead.
8. Highlighting schedule issues and constraints, and proposing mitigations.
9. Summarizing detailed schedules for specific audiences.
10. Engaging with cross-functional groups for schedule development and forward planning.
11. Producing micro-schedules and high-level timelines for project delivery.
12. Planning additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.
13. Maintaining good organizational and time management skills.
14. Paying close attention to details and demonstrating good interaction skills to communicate effectively with different groups on site.
15. Having construction and general building maintenance experience.
16. Holding a 3rd level qualification is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
