We are now looking for a Head Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate will be leading a team of 6, serving up crowd-pleasing food in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.
This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up cheffing with plenty of room to put your stamp on menus and standards.
The Head Chef will be Running the kitchen day to day Managing HACCP, rotas, menus, ordering stock control Training, motivating and leading your team Keeping food quality high and service smooth Maintaining solid GP controls Using Procure Wizard and Alkimii What We're Looking For Sous Chef experience (minimum) and ready for the step up Strong people management and training skills Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure Passion for great food and efficient kitchen Comfortable with systems, paperwork and compliance Why Join Us?
