Responsibilities Develop and execute CQV protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment and systems in Upstream, Downstream, Utilities, or CIPEnsure compliance with GMP, FDA, and project-specific quality standards.Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and client representatives to deliver CQV deliverables on schedule.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and qualification phases.Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness. Qualifications Degree in Engineering5+ years CQV experience in Biopharma or Pharmaceutical projectsHands on CQV experience in one or more of the following:Upstream (Bioreactors, media prep)Downstream (Chromatography, Filtration)Utilities (WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC)CIP SystemsStrong understanding of GMP regulations and Validation principlesExcellent communication and problem solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in Greenfiels or large-scale CQV Projects.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, regulated environmentStrong technical writing and communication skills.Why PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
