What you will do
The Marketing Services team partners with Business Development and Portfolio Management to provide investors and prospects with top-tier presentations and marketing materials. We are seeking an Associate to focus on EMEA and APAC products, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Services. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily team deliverables, ensuring marketing materials communicate strategies and performance accurately, and supporting operational workflows and system tools, including automation and AI solutions like Seismic LiveDocs.
You should be highly organized, energetic, experienced in supporting Business Development, and capable of streamlining processes to support sales and client experience. This position is based in Letterkenny.
Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in PGIM’s marketing collateral and production processes.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily deliverables.
* Implement strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency.
* Partner with stakeholders, including Compliance, to develop effective sales support processes.
* Think strategically, develop creative solutions, and enhance client and consultant services.
Your Required Skills
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in presentation sales support.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
* Strong aesthetic sense and visual cohesion skills.
* Ability to connect materials and identify inconsistencies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively at all management levels.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in Real Estate or Alternative Investments.
* Experience with Seismic LiveDocs and automation.
